General Policy
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted for change of mind, sizing preferences, or personal reasons.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are subject to supplier availability and price confirmation.

If an item becomes unavailable before it is successfully secured, notification will be provided, and the following options will be made available:

• Proceed with the revised price (if applicable), or
• Receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Once an item has been successfully secured and confirmed, cancellations and refunds will not be permitted.

Unavailable Items
If an item cannot be sourced after payment has been made, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

Authenticity Guarantee
All items are guaranteed authentic. In the event that an item is proven not authentic by a recognised and reputable authentication authority, a full refund will be issued upon verification.

Condition Disclosure
Curated pre-owned items may show minor signs of wear. All conditions are clearly described and documented prior to purchase. Refunds will not be issued for conditions that have been disclosed in advance.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.
